Celebrations and special occasions

If you're celebrating a wedding, civil partnership, birthday, anniversary or other important milestone, you can also help support people living with cancer.
Register your celebration

  • Slice of lemon cake on a white plate. A hand holds a fork with a piece of cake on it ready to be eaten.
    Birthday fundraising ideas
You can support people living with cancer for your birthday, for example by asking for donations instead of gifts.
  • There are 2 well dressed men on their wedding day embracing each other as they cut their wedding cake.
    Your wedding fundraiser
Fundraising for your wedding or civil partnership is a unique way to remember a loved one or support people with cancer.
  • An older man and a woman hug. Behind them, a table laid for a party can be seen and bunting hangs overhead.
    Anniversary fundraising ideas
Whether you're celebrating your wedding or partnership anniversary or another special date, make Macmillan part of it.
We help people get through cancer. Your donations make it happen.
